Terms of service

By commissioning me you are stating that you have read and agree with the following Terms of Service (ToS). You can find a brief summary at the end, but please take the time to read them fully if you wish to commission me.GENERAL
1. This ToS and prices may change at any time, you are bound by the ones in effect when you asked for a commission.
2. I can discontinue or refuse a commission at any time without having to disclose the reason. Refunds are explained in the section Payments and refunds.
2.1. Partially related to the previous point, any aggressive, rude or otherwise inappropriate behaviour will result in the cancellation of your commission.
3. The prices listed are base prices. I might charge more based on difficulty, time needed, and modifications. The details will be found in the website's section "Examples and prices". You are bound by the prices in effect at the time of your commission.
4. At this time, I do not offer commercial commissions.
5. What I will and will not draw is specified in examples and prices.PAYMENTS AND REFUNDS
1. At this time, payment will only be accepted via PayPal or Ko-Fi, in EUR (€). Please specify in the payment message the commission type.
2. The full payment has to be provided upfront.
3. When provided with the sketch you have four free changes. Extra fees will be charged for modifications depending on the complexity of such after these. If those modifications occur, the fee starts at 5% of the base price for each. (Example: on a 30€ commission, a change may cost 1.50€ up)
4. If the commission is discontinued or cancelled as discussed in GENERAL (points 2 and 2.1) a refund will be provided according to how much work I have already put in it. A full refund will be provided only if you ask before I start any work or if you've already paid but I can't start on your commission. No refund will be provided if I have already finished the work. In any other case the refund will vary depending on the stage of the piece at the time of the cancellation (i.e. sketch, lineart, color, shading, rendering).USAGE POLICY
1. My artwork is for personal use only. You may not use it commercially in any way, which includes using it in regards to nfts and cryptocurrencies, selling it or distributing it.
2. I retain the rights over my artwork. Unless specified otherwise, I also reserve the right to use it or share it. You may not claim it as yours. If you want to share it, please ask first.
3. You may not process my work in any form, including anything related to AI, painting over it, or removing my watermark and/or signature.PROCESS, TIME, AND DEADLINES
1. I specify a certain number of commission slots. At this time, I do not officially take in account reservations for future slots.
2. At this time, the order has to be placed via email. If you're unsure about the commission status or have any questions, feel free to reach out using any of the contact information on top.
3. Please provide me with a reference or a very detailed description of the character. Doodling to make me understand better is fine and encouraged. I will do an initial sketch that outlines the character and the pose. If anything looks different than how you've imagined during this stage you have three free modifications. Please communicate clearly what you like or dislike, as I don't understand nuances in conversation. When you feel that the sketch represents your idea, I will move on with the next stages.
4. After the sketch phase I will update you when I'm done with the lineart, flat colours, shading, and eventually rendering.
5.You will receive a .png file of your commission when it's finished and the payment is completed.
6. Please note I have health issues which vary over time that I can't control. You commission may take up to two months, if I end up taking longer I am comfortable with refunds and I apologise for the inconvenience.SUMMARY
General - the ToS can change but the ones you commission me with are the ones you will follow, I can refuse commissions, don't be rude, the prices listed are base prices, no commercial comms, more in examples!
Payments - only paypal or kofi in eur, payment upfront, three free charges on the sketch but then you pay a percentage, refund based on how much work I've already put in!
Usage - don't process my work or sell it, includes: using AI, printing and selling, nft stuff, etc. If I'm too slow you can refund, order by email officially but you can contact me via the links above!
Process - I only take a number of commissions at a time, order has to be placed via email (feel free to reach out for anything), describe as much as you can what you want (and give me a reference/detailed description), you have three free changes at sketch phase, I'll update you when I move on to different stages, you will receive a png file, please be patient because I'm a sickly victorian child!

Coloured portrait
Portraits are from the shoulders up. The background is simple. A complex design (many details/mecha/detailed fur/etc) might be charged more depending on the level of details, even significantly.Single colour/lineart only - 40 EUR

Cell shading - 80 EUR
Rendered - 120 EURAdditional fees
